Today is the release of We Are Not Alone Remake V2. It is a re release that is why the date changed. This version (v2) is an overhaul remaster of we are not alone old version (v1. 6), I completely reworked my own work. --Things To know And Features--

We Are Not Alone v2


-Before subscribing to this mod, make sure you are unsubscribed from v1.6 (Just to be sure nothing will corrupt the new version)
-A complete remake of the full chapter using my assets and black-mesa assets.
-Extended gameplay.
-First area has been restored to fit the original (spawning behind gordon)
-3 maps (of3a1, of3a2, of3a3)
-Hecu arms! (dosent replace or overwrite any bm file)
-Dead Aliens bodies in the lambda teleporter zone (Killed by gordon)
-Possibility to go into the gordon portal and see what happen :')
-Exploding scientist tower.
-Displacer gun apparition.
-1 brand new map area that was not in the original, lambda themed zone with 3 puzzles.
-Two xen maps
-Now include the easter egg zone from hazard course.

--Extra Informations--

-There is no new weapons for the simple reason that modders cant access the bm source code. But a surprise is present in the second map anyway.

-Since there was no race x even in the original chapter well no need to explain why they are not in my mod neither.

-I am aware that the Gordon animations are not perfect, but I did my best with what I had, here again since we can't have new NPCs I had to do it the hard way with a prop_dynamic and couple other tricks. But I think I can try something in a very small update.

-I am also announcing a remake for my own version of crush depth, expect the same treatment as this mod, more maps, rethought level design, and more. For the time I work on crush depth remake, vicarious reality will be paused (Not cancelled just paused)

-Also the older version of this mod, stay on the workshop in case people would like to play the short version for some reason. Here is the old version : Steamcommunity.com
