Lovely day for it, ModDB folks!

I'm searching for someone with basic knowledge of and, mostly, a decent-enough bit of time to use Bethesda's Creation Kit for Fallout: 4 to do the menial task of marking every interior and every 'X' (as in determined later) grids of exterior cells as a settlement and removing enemy spawn markers. Essentially, a dead sandbox.

What's needed:

  1. A flag and settlement entry for the entirety of every interior cell- 'no need to split it. I do ask that for locations such as Mass Bay Medical and the National Guard Training Yard with multiple interior cells, they be labeled based on what or where they are (e.g. Lobby, Barracks, or East)
  2. A flag and settlement entry (with a location marker added, since exteriors won't by default) for every exterior cell in a grid (e.g. 4x4 settlement grids, which on an 8x8 grid would make four settlements). You can just expand any pre-existing settlements into said grid (e.g. the Castle is expanded to be said 4x4 grid in it's area), and it doesn't matter if the borders make sense (such as the Castle expanding into the ocean due to it's location).

Note: This includes DLC-added locations. If they've been altered by a DLC, please just do both versions since you're just adding flags.

What's not needed:

1. Pre-placed workshops. You can just throw these in the SPECIAL menu and call it a day.

2. Settlement icons, inventories, and settlers.

3. Quest compatibility.

4. Re-generated precombines/previs'

5. Any other factors apart from what's required.

Of course, this is a paid commission- a flat payment for simple, flat work. We'll discuss it, though I can say that this isn't funded by vapor. I've budgeted specifically for it.

Note: This mod may be distributed, and if you'd like, credited to 'ya. I don't expect you to write any compatibility patches.

Thank 'ya for taking a look,
